At Novotema the road to digitization is open!
We started some years ago digitizing the post curing department, we continued with the digitization of the molding department by putting our injection molding machines into a network and we are now progressing by extending this approach to all other departments.
We now completed the digitization of the automatic sorting with the support of Sintattica: data are collected in real time from the sorting machines through a dedicated LAN network, and are conveyed to a server. This server monitors the data in a constant and accurate way and allows the manager to plan the activities efficiently. It also collects the final data enabling the creation of an historical archive.
This system allows the financial control of operations and, by constantly communicating with our ERP, it also facilitates our Business Intelligence analysis whose goal is improving the efficiency of both our process and our products.
